During the City of Vancouver Charter Review process this year, the idea of having elections by district or wards was raised. Currently all city council members are voted for "at large" meaning they can live anywhere and all citizens vote for all council members or do you think that voters should be able to vote on council members from a district or ward that they live in meaning citizens living in "District or Ward 3" can only vote for one council member that lives in their "District or Ward 3."
